I have been living here for 3 years, the social space is great, the rooms are very comfortable. The accommodation is within perfect proximity to every place within city centre. Maggie and Ahmed especially have provided excellent customer service in my 3 years here.

Very good accommodation but the rent is too high… really very friendly nice people especially Ahmed he’s so helpful for anything and so friendly with all students and sort any kind of problems for us , thank you Ahmed and thank you Canvas

I have lived here for nearly 2 years now and I enjoy it thoroughly. The staff are always friendly and ready to help and help get through loneliness by being so supportive and amiable. Especially maggie on front desk and Ahmed who is concierge are highlights of my time here! Will miss them when I move on to adult life !

I recently stayed at Arundel House, one of the university’s halls of residence, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and approachable staff always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The resident experience was equally remarkable, with clean, well-maintained facilities and a welcoming community atmosphere that made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to the manager, Neil Cutts, whose dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly was evident in his proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond for residents. Overall, Arundel House is a fantastic place to live with exceptional support and management. Highly recommended!
