Yes, to stay at Canvas Cantoblanco you must be a student. Only students will be able to sign a housing contract.

Yes, you can stay with us for a semester if you wish, but you’ll probably want to stay longer.

Yes, we have rooms available that are adapted for PRM.

The gym has a weight training area, a cardio area (with machines and ellipticals), and a yoga area (with mats and balls). For more information, you can check with the team.

Yes, we have a private bike parking area outside. It’s free to use, but you’ll need to bring your own lock to secure your bike.

Our maintenance team is available at the residence to handle any issues that may arise during your stay. If you need assistance, you can report it to the reception team via email, through the Canvas Cantoblanco portal, or in person.

Canvas Xperience is a series of events designed to help all our residents experience the true SPIRIT while making new friends, taking care of each other, and enjoying new experiences.

Our Wi-Fi is unlimited, ultra-fast, and included in your monthly fee. You can connect up to 8 devices via Wi-Fi in your room, and the wired connection reaches a speed of 100MB.

Payments

Yes, there are different payment options. You can pay annually, semi-annually, or monthly, whichever works best for you.

Making a Booking

Yes, if you're arriving outside of regular reception hours, we ask that you inform us in advance so we can assist you and ensure everything is ready for your arrival.

In exceptional cases, check-in hours may be adjusted to ensure social distancing and avoid overcrowding in common areas. If this happens, we will inform you well in advance.

No, subletting your room to someone else during your stay with us is not allowed.
